Baked Camembert with Walnut and Fig (V)
Made with a good drizzle of your favourite Charlie & Ivy's Bread Dipper, this Baked Camembert is a party must have. A delicious Christmas Party recipe, perfect for sharing!
INGREDIENTS
1 good quality Camembert
2-3 ripe figs
A handful of walnuts
Blackberry & Thyme Balsamic Bread Dipper, or give our Lemon, Balsamic and Juniper Berry Bread Dipper a try
Preheat the oven to 190C / 170C Fan / 375F / Gas mark 5
Place the Camembert onto a baking tray or into a baking dish. Quarter the figs and pile onto the Camembert, then crumble over the walnuts. Finish with a drizzle of the Bread Dipper, or another flavour if you prefer!
Place in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. The cheese is ready once springy to the touch.
Remove from the oven and serve with warm crusty bread and an extra drizzle of oil.
