Garlic & Lemon Baked Cod
This baked fish dish makes for a simple midweek supper. Our Rosemary, Thyme & Lemon Bread Dipper flavours were made for this dish.
INGREDIENTS
Rosemary, Thyme & Lemon Bread Dipper
Boneless Cod Fillets
1 Lemon, sliced
1 Red Chilli, chopped finely
1 Garlic Bulb cut into half across the middle
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Place the cod fillets, lemon slices, chopped chilli and garlic bulb halves into a greaseproof paper lined tray with enough paper to cover the ingredients.
Drizzle generously with the Rosemary, Thyme & Lemon Bread Dipper Oil and cover with the paper before baking in the oven for around 25 minutes.
When cooked, the fish should be slightly firm to the touch, opaque and flake easily. If undercooked it will resist flaking and will be translucent and will need a little longer in the oven.
