Carrot, Date, Cashew & Chickpea Salad (V / VG)
A delicious salad recipe perfect for the later summer and autumn, made using our Charlie & Ivy's Chilli, Garlic & Ginger Bread Dipper.
INGREDIENTS
1 large carrot grated
Handful chopped dates
½ tin of chickpeas, drained
Handful of cashew nuts (toasted)
METHOD
Toss the ingredients with the bread dipper and serve. Simple!
