Garlic, Oregano & Balsamic Mushroom Skewers (V)

A deliciously simple vegetarian barbecue recipe, our mushroom skewers perfect for the barbecue, alternatively pop in the oven or cook in a griddle pan. Serve with our Smoked Garlic Mayonnaise.

INGREDIENTS

300g chestnut mushrooms

Garlic, Oregano & Balsamic Bread Dipper, and a little extra for drizzling

Smoked Garlic Mayonnaise to dip

METHOD

Halve your mushrooms (or keep whole if they are only small) and add to a bowl. Drizzle over a glug of Garlic, Oregano & Balsamic Bread Dipper, cover and set aside for 20 minutes to marinade, adding a little more dipper should you require.

Before barbecuing, gently slide your mushrooms onto a skewer and barbecue until cooked through. Enjoy with a dip in our Smoked Garlic Mayonnaise.
