Garlic, Rosemary & Thyme Roasties (V / VG)
A good glug of our Rosemary, Thyme & Lemon Bread Dipper elevates this Sunday Roast side.
INGREDIENTS
Small new potatoes, or 6-8 small potatoes, halved
2 tbsp plain flour, seasoned with salt & pepper
Rosemary, Thyme & Lemon Bread Dipper
Few sprigs of thyme
METHOD
Halve the washed potatoes, boil for 5-6 minutes to part cook them. Drain and toss in the seasoned flour.
Remove the potatoes from the flour and toss in lots of your bread dipper. Fry on the hob in a roasting tin for a few minutes to crisp up and sprinkle with some salt and thyme springs. Cook in a hot oven for about 30 mins until golden.
