NEW RECIPE TO CELEBRATE A GREAT TASTE WIN

Summer Bruschetta

We won a Great Taste Star! Needless to say, we are completely over the moon! This is the second of our three Plant Based mayonnaises to scoop an award, and we are absolutely delighted. These products have been years in the making (yes years!) - we just didn’t want to release anything before it was just right, so to scoop this award in the product's first year is amazing.

The winning product – our Horseradish Plant Based Mayonnaise – is delicious for all types of uses. Perfect to top your bean (or beef) burger, through a salad, or to make a slaw. Try topping your new potatoes too. Even better, try our brand-new summer recipe, created to celebrate this flavour packed product.



HORSERADISH, TOMATO & FENNEL BRUSCHETTA



Cut yourself a few slices of sourdough or ciabatta and lay in a roasting tin. Rub over the bread with a peeled garlic clove then drizzle over a little Charlie & Ivy’s White Balsamic, Tarragon & White Peppercorn Bread Dipper. Repeat this on both sides before popping under the grill until lightly browned - again on both sides.

Chop the tomatoes into chunks, along with thin slices of the fennel bulb and add to a bowl. Mix together along with a drizzle more of the Bread Dipper, some chopped fennel leaves, and season.

Top your toasted sourdough slices with a good dollop of the Horseradish mayo, followed by the tomatoes and fennel.

Finish with a final drizzle of the Bread Dipper and decorate with a few more fennel leaves. Enjoy!
